We are aware that NYRN199KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

San Jose Datacenter Scheduled Maintenance - San Jose Datacenter

As previously communicated to affected customers via email, the following nodes will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance window shortly:

SJ232KVM, SJ218KVM, SJ153KVM, SJ115KVM, SJ114KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM

Our team will be closely monitoring throughout this process, and will work closely with the on-site datacenter team to minimize disruption.

We will update this status incident once the maintenance window is fully completed.

Los Angeles DC-02 DNS Issue - Los Angeles Shared Hosting Servers

We are aware that there is currently a partial network outage in our Los Angeles datacenter location impacting some routes relating to shared/reseller hosting servers.

Our network engineering team is currently looking into this further. We will have more information on this shortly.

UPDATE 9:24 AM Pacific: While all servers and core network connectivity are now online and operational, we are now investigating DNS resolution issues impacting some routes.

Customers who utilize our nameservers may experience intermittent DNS availability or resolution delays. Our network engineering team is actively working with upstream providers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
