We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
UPDATE 10:23 PM PST:
We are still actively coordinating with the datacenter’s remote hands team in Chicago regarding this issue. At this time, the matter is dependent on their on-site intervention and troubleshooting process. As it is currently the weekend, their response intervals between requests have been slightly longer than weekday turnaround times; however, the ticket remains in their active queue.
We have escalated appropriately on our end and are continuing to follow up to ensure this is prioritized. Restoration is pending completion of the required work by the datacenter team.
We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as soon as we receive confirmation of progress from the facility.
