We are continuing to investigate the issues impacting ATL120KVM. Our team has identified this as a hardware-related issue requiring physical intervention. We are coordinating with the Atlanta datacenter remote hands team and have provided detailed instructions to them, to assist with remediation.
Based on our prior experience coordinating with the ATL facility’s remote hands team, timelines can vary, and as a worst-case expectation, resolution may extend into tomorrow while these steps are carried out.
We will continue to provide updates as progress is made. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
