We are aware that DUB109KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

We are still actively working on troubleshooting the issue with DUB109KVM with the on-site technicians, ETA for resolution is the next 3-4 hours.

UPDATE 1:30 PM PDT:

We apologize for the delay; we are still actively working on implementing a permanent fix for this issue with the onsite team. As of now, we anticipate this should be fully resolved within the next 2 hours. Thank you for your continued patience.

Dallas Datacenter Partial Network Outage - Dallas

We are aware that there is currently a partial network outage in our Dallas datacenter location impacting some routes.

Our network engineering team is currently looking into this further. We will have more information on this shortly.

Toronto Datacenter Partial Network Outage - Toronto

We are aware of a network outage affecting certain routes to our Toronto datacenter location. At this time, regarding services hosted in Toronto; connectivity may be intermittent -- some users may be able to access services normally, while others may experience packet loss/disruptions.

Our initial investigation has confirmed that this issue is not related to our infrastructure, but rather appears to be network-related upstream. We have escalated this to our upstream provider.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.
