We are aware that there is currently a partial network outage in our Los Angeles DC-02 datacenter location impacting some routes.

Emergency Maintenance — Shared/Reseller Hosting Servers

We are performing an emergency kernel update across our shared and reseller hosting servers. Each server will be rebooted once during this maintenance.

Reboots are being staggered to minimize impact. Affected services (websites, email, databases, cPanel) will be briefly unavailable while each server reboots and services come back online. We estimate less than 5-10 minutes of downtime per server.

No customer action is required. We will post updates here as the rollout progresses.
