We are currently investigating a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack affecting the Fiber19-R server, one of our shared hosting servers located in Los Angeles.
Customers hosted on this server may experience intermittent connectivity, elevated latency, or brief service interruptions while we work to mitigate the attack and restore stable connectivity.
Our network and systems teams are actively monitoring the situation and applying mitigation measures. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
UPDATE: DDoS mitigation measures have now been applied, and the Fiber19-R server has remained stable since its implementation. At this time, websites and hosted services are loading normally, and we are not observing any ongoing service impact.
We will continue to closely monitor the server and network over the coming hours to ensure stability is maintained. If there are any further developments, we will provide additional updates accordingly.
