San Jose Datacenter SJ122 (One KVM VPS Node in San Jose)

We are aware that SJ122 (one KVM VPS node in San Jose ) is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved, and all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

Los Angeles DC-02 Fiber7 - Intermittent Connectivity (One Shared Hosting Server)

There is currently a SYN attack isolated towards our Fiber7 server (one of our shared/reseller hosting servers) and this is causing intermittent network connectivity.

Our team is currently working on implementing a full resolution and mitigation towards this, we will update with more information shortly.

UPDATE: This has been successfully mitigated and everything is functioning as intended now. Please feel free to contact us if you notice any further problems.
