San Jose Datacenter Reboot to Host Node: SJ116KVM

It appears the last kernel upgrade was not successful on SJ116KVM and that this server is still experiencing some symptoms that may be impactful to production.

To address this, we are once again issuing a reboot to the host node: SJ116KVM and will have this node back online very shortly.

UPDATE: This is resolved and back online.

Los Angeles DC-02 Outage -LAXSSD5005nerd3DC02 (One KVM VPS Node in Los Angeles)

We are aware that LAXSSD5005nerd3DC02 (one KVM VPS node in Los Angeles ) is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network related problem specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

San Jose Datacenter SJ116KVM Kernel Panic

We are issuing a reboot to the host node: SJ116KVM to address a kernel panic issue within this host node.

This will be back online shortly, thank you for your patience.

Los Angeles DC-02 Fiber2 Server

We are issuing a quick reboot to the Fiber2 server to fix some kernel related issues.

This will be back online within a few moments. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Los Angeles DC-02 Los Angeles DC-02 Facility Outage

We are aware of an outage in our Los Angeles DC-02 location. This issue has been escalated to our upstream, we will update this incident with additional information shortly.

UPDATE: Most services have been restored and are back online, however a small handful of services in this location are still impacted. We will share additional news regarding this shortly.

UPDATE : This is now resolved, if you are still experiencing any issues, please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist. This was a facility power related issue, we are currently pending an official RFO from the datacenter/building. We will update this status incident with more information once we receive that (within the next 72 business hours). In the meantime, all services should be back online and powered on.
