We are aware that SJRYZEN101 is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

Los Angeles DC-02 Outage impacting 4 KVM VPS Nodes in Los Angeles DC-02

We are aware that LAXSSD4026nerd6DC02, LAXSSD4027nerd6DC02, LAXSSD4028nerd6DC02, and LAXSSD4029nerd6DC02 (four KVM VPS nodes in Los Angeles DC-02) is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We believe it may be an issue isolated to this rack.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: This is now resolved, this was as a result of a faulty/degraded power strip within the rack, which has now been replaced. These nodes are now back online, and VM's are accessible. If you have any questions, please open a support ticket.

Atlanta Datacenter OUTAGE - ATLRYZEN101 (One KVM VPS Node in Atlanta)

We are aware that ATLRYZEN101 is currently experiencing issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE #1: We are going to dispatch on-site technicians to physically troubleshoot this server due to the repeat symptoms this server is experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured - we will get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE #2: We are actively working on this. While your VM is online at this time, you may notice brief moments of intermittent unavailability/reboots while our techs work on this server physically.

UPDATE #3: On-site technicians are moving the server to the workbench for further troubleshooting work, you may notice your VM to be inaccessible during this time.

UPDATE #4: On-site technicians have reseated and resecured several hardware components which could have been the culprit for the unexpected reboots. We will continue to actively monitor the status of this node. In the meantime, services have been restored and are accessible. Please open a support ticket if you have any questions.

San Jose Datacenter Outage (San Jose Network)

We are aware that there is currently a partial network outage in our San Jose datacenter location impacting some routes. Our network engineering team is currently looking into this further. We will have more information on this shortly.

UPDATE: As of now, all systems network connectivity have been restored. Our upstream's network engineering team is monitoring DDoS and doing their best to mitigate, if you are seeing any issues with your instance or service, feel free to reach out via ticket and we'll be happy to help.

San Jose Datacenter SJ116KVM (One KVM VPS Node in San Jose)

We are aware that SJ116KVM (one KVM VPS node in San Jose) is experiencing I/O issues that could be impactful to production. As a result, we need to perform an emergency maintenance on this server.

On-site datacenter technicians have been dispatched/requested to physically inspect this server, you may notice some downtime while we work on this server physically. We will update this status incident with additional details shortly.

UPDATE #1: On-site datacenter technicians are actively working on troubleshooting this matter. We will share additional updates once available.

UPDATE #2: We are currently running a FSCK check on this server and will update with the status shortly.

UPDATE #3: FSCK is now completed and this server is now back online. VM's are also responsive - if you're experiencing any issues or if you have any questions, feel free to open a support ticket.
