We are aware that DAL113KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: Because of the continued issues this server is having despite our previous PSU replacement, we are going to replace this server entirely with a new one and move the drives over to the new server.

Dallas Datacenter DAL113KVM -- Potential Hardware Fault

We are aware that DAL113KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: This appears to be a hardware related fault, potentially with the motherboard or with the PSU. At this time we are going to have on-site technicians un-rack this server and perform a physical inspection and test. We will then replace the faulty hardware component accordingly so that this server will be stable again. Thank you for your patience while our on-site technicians complete this task! We will update this status incident with further updates once available.
