New Jersey Datacenter Scheduled Maintenance 9/17/2022 - NJ101KVM

The below maintenance window was scheduled previously, and notification was sent via e-mail to all NJ101KVM customers. This maintenance will be happening today, 9/17/2022.

UPDATE: This scheduled maintenance is about to commence. We will update this status incident as resolved once the maintenance is completed.

Hello,

Engineers will be performing an emergency maintenance on a power circuit at the New Jersey datacenter.

SERVICE: The circuit needs preventative work performed to avoid a potential failure scenario in which some devices could lose power unexpectedly. This resulted to a couple unexpected shutdowns we have experienced with this node (NJ101KVM) in the past week, and as such we are scheduling an emergency maintenance to address this ASAP.

IMPACT OF WORK: During this time frame, the node listed below will be powered off and then powered back on as the circuit maintenance is completed. We expect the total downtime of each node to be approximately 45-60 minutes.

Strasbourg Datacenter Outage - FR1000 Shared Hosting Server

We are aware that FR1000 Shared Hosting server is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network related problem specific to the shared server. The server is back online and running fine now. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

Hello,

As a result of the recent unexpected shutdowns experienced on the host node CHIRYZEN103, on-site datacenter engineers will be performing maintenance event on this host node.

SERVICE: During the maintenance window, CHIRYZEN103 will be un-racked from the datacenter floor, moved to the datacenter work bench, and diagnostic testing will be run to ensure the integrity of hardware components on the server. If any failed pieces of hardware components are identified during the diagnostics testing, we will replace the failed piece of hardware component immediately and re-rack the server back on the datacenter floor. We will also be re-applying CPU thermal paste during this maintenance event.

IMPACT OF WORK: We expect the total downtime to be approximately 1 hour, though it could run on slighlty longer if the diagnostics take a bit longer to run. We will do everything we can to keep downtime to a minimum.

The below maintenance window was scheduled and sent last week via e-mail to all SJ118KVM, SJ120KVM, SJ122KVM, SJ123KVM customers. When this maintenance is active between the window of 11 AM to 12 PM Pacific today, we will be moving this incident status to open.

UPDATE: Maintenance will be beginning at 11 AM Pacific. We will update this status incident once the maintenance is completed.
