We are aware that ATL107KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE #2: It appears that this node is still experiencing symptoms - this time related to failed RAM. We are currently investigating this matter with on-site datacenter engineers and will replace the failed DIMM accordingly. In the meantime, you may find your service hosted on this node to be intermittently available.

We are aware that there is currently a partial network outage in our few host-nodes of LAXSSD106nerd1DC02 LAXSSD4033nerd6DC02 LAXSSD4037nerd6DC02 LA DC02 datacenter location impacting some routes.

Maintenance will soon commence for CHI123KVM (one KVM VPS node in Chicago). Customers on this node were already sent an e-mail with this maintenance notification.

We will update this status page as resolved once this maintenance is completed. As mentioned in the maintenance notification email, we expect for actual downtime to be under 45-60 minutes.
