The following physical host nodes located in our San Jose datacenter will be going offline shortly for scheduled maintenance. Affected customers were already sent an email earlier with the maintenance details.

SJ117KVM, SJ118KVM, SJ125KVM

We will update this status incident once the maintenance window has been completed.

UPDATE: Maintenance is still ongoing and we apologize for the delay. We will update once we have received an update from the datacenter engineers on the ground.

UPDATE: SJ125KVM is back up and running. We'll update on the remaining two devices shortly.

UPDATE: SJ117KVM and SJ118KVM are still being worked on by the datacenter engineers on the ground in San Jose. We appreciate your patience and will share additional updates once available.

UPDATE: We are still awaiting a response from the remote hands team in San Jose. We are applying maximum pressure on our end and hope to have further updates on this soon. We do apologize for the unexpected delay in getting SJ117KVM and SJ118KVM back online.

UPDATE: We are still working with the remote hands team in San Jose regarding SJ117KVM and SJ118KVM. We will share additional updates once available.

UPDATE: We are making progress and anticipate service for SJ118KVM being restored soon. ETA for service restoration on SJ118KVM is Aug/22/2023 6:00 AM Pacific, potentially much sooner than that.

UPDATE: SJ118KVM is now back online, and VM's hosted upon this node are now accessible. We are actively working on SJ117KVM and will update once we have additional information.

UPDATE: Current ETA for full service restoration on SJ117KVM is August 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM Pacific. There is a possibility it will be fully restored sooner. We will update once additional information is available.

UPDATE: SJ117KVM will be coming back online shortly.

UPDATE: SJ117KVM is still on track to be coming back up shortly. The server was repaired and working on the test bench, at the moment we are waiting on our remote hands request with our San Jose datacenter to re-rack the server into our production environment.
