We are investigating a DDoS attack impacting a number of nodes in our Strasbourg, France datacenter location, and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
UPDATE: DDoS filtering is active across the network, including ICMP filtering. That being said, you may notice false positives in third party monitoring services during this time due to the nature of the DDoS filtering, though services should be online and accessible. If you are still experiencing any issues, please attempt to reboot your VPS from within the SolusVM control panel, or open a support ticket for assistance from our Technical Support team.
We will continue to monitor this situation closely to ensure network uptime. We will move this incident to "Watching" status for the meantime.
