We are currently performing a RAID array rebuild on the "LAXSSD4024nerd6DC02" node located in Los Angeles DC-02. During this process, you may experience degraded performance or slower-than-usual I/O speeds.

This is a necessary maintenance task to ensure the integrity and reliability of the RAID array. The rebuild is expected to complete within the next 24 hours or less, and we will update this status once the process has been finalized.

Our monitoring systems have detected a hardware issue affecting node DUB100KVM (one of our KVM VPS nodes in Dublin), which will require physical intervention to resolve. Preliminary analysis suggests hardware-related complications, and we're working with the remote hands team to troubleshoot this.

For customers affected by this incident who require immediate access to a working service, we are offering the option to request instance recreation on a different node (we have plenty of other host nodes available in Dublin). This can be done by opening a support ticket and simply asking to be recreated.

We understand the impact this may have on our customers' operations and are working diligently to provide solutions.
