Our monitoring systems have detected a hardware issue affecting node DUB100KVM (one of our KVM VPS nodes in Dublin), which will require physical intervention to resolve. Preliminary analysis suggests hardware-related complications, and we're working with the remote hands team to troubleshoot this.
For customers affected by this incident who require immediate access to a working service, we are offering the option to request instance recreation on a different node (we have plenty of other host nodes available in Dublin). This can be done by opening a support ticket and simply asking to be recreated.
We understand the impact this may have on our customers' operations and are working diligently to provide solutions.
