Dallas Datacenter Scheduled Maintenance - DAL143KVM, DAL130KVM, DAL127KVM, DAL142KVM

A scheduled maintenance window event is currently ongoing in our Dallas datacenter, impacting a few physical host nodes - "DAL143KVM, DAL130KVM, DAL127KVM, DAL142KVM"

This maintenance is now in progress, and being actively worked on. We will update this status incident once fully resolved.

UPDATE:The maintenance for these three host nodes "DAL130KVM, DAL127KVM, and DAL142KVM" has been completed successfully. Please stand by for further updates on the pending one "DAL143KVM."

We are aware that Fiber14 is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

RackNerd Client Area & Ticketing System RackNerd Client Area Maintenance (my.racknerd.com)

We are currently performing improvements and updates to upgrade our client portal and website systems. During this maintenance window, the client portal and main website will be temporarily unavailable. This maintenance is expected to last approximately one to two hours.

Important Notes:

  • All customer infrastructure remains fully operational and unaffected
  • Our support team remains available via phone (888-881-NERD) and email ([email protected])
  • No impact to existing services or customer workloads

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our systems. For urgent assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team, or wait for us to complete the maintenance to submit your support ticket.

UPDATE: This maintenance is now completed. Customers may log in to our client area as normal at this time.
