UPDATE: We are seeing a recurrence of the previous issues with SJ176KVM. Our team is investigating this further.
UPDATE: Since the issues with this host node are still persisting, we believe there is a larger hardware problem with the underlying host node. As such, in order to help expedite resolution, we are going to have the datacenter remote hands team in San Jose proceed with moving the drives and RAID controller on this host node, over to another healthy machine. Since remote hands intervention is required, this may take several hours to complete. We appreciate your patience and will update this status incident once we have additional updates to share. UPDATE: The issue with SJ176KVM has now been resolved. Our team has completed the necessary hardware intervention, and all services should be functioning normally. UPDATE: It appears that SJ176KVM is experiencing intermittent issues again. Our engineers are performing additional diagnostic tests to identify the root cause and to get to the bottom of this.
