We are aware that DAL118KVM, DAL113KVM, DAL122KVM, DAL163KVM, DAL166KVM are currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: In order to finalize and validate some configuration changes on this node, we will need to briefly take it offline once more, for approximately 15 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will provide confirmation once the work is completed.

UPDATE: We have identified a potential hardware issue related to the motherboard and/or CPU on this node. At this time, the server remains online, though you may notice intermittent connectivity. Our on-site technicians are preparing to replace the affected components in order to restore full stability. We will provide further updates as the work progresses.

As previously communicated via email to affected customers, a maintenance window will be taking place today in our Dublin facility.

Maintenance Window: September 11, 2025 – 11 AM to 3 PM Dublin Time Expected Impact: Less than 30 minutes of downtime per affected node, occurring at some point within the window.
