San Jose Datacenter OUTAGE - SJ119KVM, SJ116KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM, SJ147KVM, SJ152KVM, SJ195KVM, SJ218KVM, SJ121KVM

We are aware that SJ119KVM, SJ116KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM, SJ147KVM, SJ152KVM, SJ195KVM, SJ218KVM, SJ121KVM are currently experiencing service availability issues.

We are currently looking into this nodes further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: We are currently investigating a potential power delivery issue within the San Jose rack housing SJ119KVM, SJ116KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM, SJ147KVM, SJ152KVM, SJ195KVM, SJ218KVM, and SJ121KVM.

We are actively coordinating with the datacenter’s on-site remote hands team to further diagnose the issue and restore stable service as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers with VPS instances hosted on any of the above-mentioned nodes may experience intermittent service availability.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while our team and the datacenter technicians work to resolve this matter. We will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available.

Chicago Datacenter Scheduled Maintenance - Chicago Datacenter

As previously communicated to affected customers via email, the following nodes will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance window shortly:

CHI172KVM, CHI171KVM, CHI169KVM, CHI200KVM, CHI182KVM, CHI178KVM, CHI184KVM, CHI180KVM, CHI174KVM, CHI176KVM

Our team will be closely monitoring throughout this process, and will work closely with the on-site datacenter team to minimize disruption.

We will update this status incident once the maintenance window is fully completed.

New York Datacenter OUTAGE - NYRN192KVM

We are aware that NYRN192KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE 12:45 PM PDT:

Our investigation has narrowed the issue down to a motherboard failure on NYRN192KVM.

The replacement motherboard is currently in the process of being installed, and we are coordinating with the datacenter’s remote hands team to complete the work as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the continued disruption and will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available.
