We are aware that SJ119KVM, SJ116KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM, SJ147KVM, SJ152KVM, SJ195KVM, SJ218KVM, SJ121KVM are currently experiencing service availability issues.
We are currently looking into this nodes further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
UPDATE: We are currently investigating a potential power delivery issue within the San Jose rack housing SJ119KVM, SJ116KVM, SJ117KVM, SJ124KVM, SJ147KVM, SJ152KVM, SJ195KVM, SJ218KVM, and SJ121KVM.
We are actively coordinating with the datacenter’s on-site remote hands team to further diagnose the issue and restore stable service as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, customers with VPS instances hosted on any of the above-mentioned nodes may experience intermittent service availability.
