We will be taking ATL115KVM offline shortly for an emergency RAM replacement, due to two failed DIMM's identified on this server. Downtime should be less than 30 minutes.
Existing customers on ATL115KVM were sent an email notification with details. We will update this status incident as resolved once the RAM replacement is completed.
UPDATE: We have placed the remote hands ticket request with our Atlanta datacenter partner. We are currently awaiting for the remote hands team to work on this request.
