We are aware that VMs hosted on the host node, LAXSSD4007nerd6DC02, are experiencing symptoms of packet loss when routes traverse through certain carriers.
The network team is currently investigating this further. We will update this incident once we know more.
UPDATE: This has been resolved (it was a network routing issue specific to this host node only). All VM's are now responding without any packet loss on a global ping test. If you are still experiencing any issues, please feel free to open a support ticket and we would be happy to assist.
