Please be aware that a RAID array rebuild is currently ongoing on the Fiber9 cPanel shared hosting server. No customer downtime is expected during this time as our servers run on hot-swap chassis. While the RAID array is rebuilding you may notice temporary degraded performance. Although not too impactful or noticeable, as we are a company that believes in providing full transparent updates to our customers, we are still creating this status incident for full transparency and to keep our customers in the loop.
UPDATE: The RAID array rebuild has been completed successfully, and server operations should be back to normal conditions. If you are experiencing any issues or if you have any questions, please feel free to open a support ticket (we'll be available to help).
