We are aware of certain routes being offline / inaccessible in our Los Angeles DC-02 location. Our upstream provider's network engineers are currently looking into the situation.
Update: The issue which impacted some servers network-wise within our Los Angeles DC-02 location appears to be resolved and we are able to now ping services hosted within our Los Angeles DC-02 location globally without any issues or packet loss. Total downtime for this incident appears to have been less than 4 minutes. We are continuing to communicate with our upstream provider to figure out what exactly happened, and create resiliency plans to resolve such network route incidents without any visible or noticeable downtime/impact.
