We are aware that there is a partial network outage in our Los Angeles DC-02 facility - specifically, the nodes located in the "nerd6" section of the datacenter (aka node names with the word "nerd6" contained within the node name). It appears to be a networking-related issue that is impacting certain inbound routes, and the issue appears to be isolated to nodes within this section only. Network engineers at the upstream have been engaged, and are investigating it.
We greatly appreciate your patience while we work to implement a permanent resolution for this. We will share additional updates within this status incident once we have additional information available to share.
UPDATE: This has been resolved and the network has been stable for the past few hours and counting - we are continuing to monitor this closely to ensure the effectiveness of our most recent fix.
