In previous weeks/incidents pertaining to this node, we have gone through an extensive list of tests and physical datacenter tasks, including replacing the server's RAM, NVMe drives, and re-seating hardware components. While the node was stabilized and did not experience reboots for a bit over a week, the issue appear to be occurring once again.
Datacenter engineers are now proceeding to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you for your patience and we will update this status incident with more information as soon as possible.
UPDATE: We have resolved the issue for the time being with the help of on-site engineers. We'll be following up in a separate status incident in the coming days once we have a better understanding of the situation.
