Re: [SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE] Backend Related Improvements -- NON CLIENT IMPACTING

As a follow up to our previous maintenance (Incident ID 2576), we will soon be implementing the second and last phase of the backend optimizations towards RackNerd's web server infrastructure. RackNerd's Website and Client Portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for backend optimizations during the following timeframe:

Maintenance Start Date: December 1, 2024

Maintenance Start Time: 11:00 AM PST

Maintenance End Time: 12:00 PM PST

Impact: The RackNerd Website and Client Portal may experience up to 10 minutes of downtime at any point within this maintenance window. Client servers and hosted services will not be affected and will remain online.

We will be moving this status incident to active once the maintenance window commences.
