New York Datacenter Emergency Maintenance: NYRYZEN103

The following message was just sent out via e-mail to affected customers on the node: NYRYZEN103 (one Ryzen KVM VPS Node in New York):

================================

Hello,

You are receiving this email because you have one or more VPS hosted on the node: NYRYZEN103.

One of the NVMe's have gone undetected on this server and to prevent any issues in production, we are scheduling an emergency maintenance window for our on-site technicians to physically inspect this server and remedy accordingly.

Affected Node:

NYRYZEN103

Given the nature of the issue, it is in everyone's best interest that we do this as soon as possible, rather than scheduling this for a future date (to avoid the possibility of any major issues/symptoms from developing). We will be proceeding with this task at the earliest availability of the datacenter technicians. At any point within the next 1-2 hours, you may observe up to 30 minutes of downtime to your VM. We will strive to keep downtime to a minimum.

If you have any questions or concerns please create a ticket with our support team.

Thank you, RackNerd Operations

UPDATE: This maintenance is now completed successfully, VM's are back online and the server is now in good health.
