RackNerd Client Area & Ticketing System Re: [SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE] Backend Related Improvements -- NON CLIENT IMPACTING

As a follow-up to our previous maintenance event (Incident ID 3432), we will be conducting the second and final phase of backend optimizations to the RackNerd client portal. During this time, both the RackNerd Website and Client Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance:

Maintenance Date: November 30, 2025

Start Time: 10:00 AM PST

End Time: 12:00 PM PST

Impact: The RackNerd Website and Client Portal may experience up to 30 minutes of intermittent downtime at any point within the maintenance window. All client servers and hosted services will remain fully online and unaffected.

If you need assistance during this period, please email us at [email protected], or feel free to open a support ticket once the maintenance has concluded.

This status incident will be moved to Active once the maintenance window begins.

UPDATE 10:00 AM PST: Scheduled maintenance is now in progress. We will provide additional updates once it is concluded.

UPDATE 10:23 AM PST: Updates for NerdVM (SolusVM) is completed and back online.

Maintenance is currently underway on our website and client area (my.racknerd.com). During this period, access to the website and client portal may be limited.

UPDATE 10:37 AM PST: We are about 50% through with the updates, we will provide additional information once available.

UPDATE 11:00 AM PST: Scheduled maintenance is now fully complete.
