New York Datacenter OUTAGE - NYRN285KVM

We are aware that NYRN285KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

UPDATE: We are seeing a recurrence of the previous issues with NYRN285KVM. Our team is investigating this further.

UPDATE: We are aware of the continued intermittent issues affecting NYRN285KVM. At this point, we have scheduled an on-site datacenter engineer to physically inspect the server and check for any hardware components that may require replacement. As this requires physical hands at the datacenter, we appreciate your patience while this is being addressed. We will provide another update once we have more information.

UPDATE: The on-site datacenter engineers are continuing to work on this issue. You may notice intermittent availability on this host node in the meantime while this is being worked on.

UPDATE: On-site datacenter engineers are actively continuing hardware-level diagnostics on NYRN285KVM. At this stage, the investigation has been narrowed down to several potential hardware components (either RAM, motherboard or cabling). These potential root causes are not related to storage (so rest assured, there are no data integrity concerns).

The on-site engineers are performing extended stress testing and preparing the appropriate replacement parts. As this is a physical, hands-on process, additional time is required to complete this.

We will provide the next update once additional information becomes available. Thank You again for your continued patience.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. We are keeping a close eye on this. If you experience any issues, please open a support ticket and we'll assist immediately.
