We are aware that DE9000-R is currently experiencing connectivity issues.
We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
Update: The issue was caused by faulty network cables that need to be replaced. The replacement process is taking longer than expected due to limited on-site availability on Sunday. Engineers are scheduled to replace the cables as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates shortly.
