New York Datacenter OUTAGE - NYRN280KVM

We are aware that NYRN280KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE:

We are aware of the continued intermittent availability issues affecting virtual machines hosted on node NYRN280KVM. Our team is actively investigating the recurring behavior with this particular node, and is currently working closely with the datacenter's on-site staff to perform deeper diagnostics on the underlying hardware and network components associated with this node.

Our goal is to identify the root cause and implement a permanent resolution. We understand that the repeated interruptions are frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Please rest assured that this matter is receiving our full attention. We will continue working with the datacenter engineers to get to the bottom of the issue and will provide additional updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work toward a lasting fix.

UPDATE:

Our datacenter’s on-site technicians have now completed further diagnostics on node NYRN280KVM and identified an issue with one of the redundant power supply units (PSU) connected to the server. The affected PSU has now been replaced, and the system is currently operating on healthy power redundancy.

At this time, we believe for the node to be back into a stable state, and we are closely monitoring the server and its hosted virtual machines to ensure continued stability.

Our team will remain on standby and continue observing the node closely. Should any further irregularities be detected, we are prepared to take immediate action and implement any additional remediation necessary to ensure long-term reliability.

We appreciate your patience while this matter was investigated and addressed, and we will continue to provide updates if anything further arises.
