We are aware of a network outage affecting certain routes to our Toronto datacenter location. At this time, regarding services hosted in Toronto; connectivity may be intermittent -- some users may be able to access services normally, while others may experience packet loss/disruptions.
Our initial investigation has confirmed that this issue is not related to our infrastructure, but rather appears to be network-related upstream. We have escalated this to our upstream provider.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.
