We have identified the root cause of the recent recurring issues affecting host node DC03LA182KVM to be related to a faulty motherboard.
Our on-site team is actively replacing the motherboard at this time. In addition, we are proactively replacing all RAM in the node as an added precaution. These hardware replacements are expected to resolve the repeated instability and reboot issues observed on this node.
