Our network engineering team will be performing an emergency network upgrade in our Los Angeles location today between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM PDT.
This maintenance is being performed as part of continued fine-tuning and preventative network improvements following the recent DDoS-related event, with the goal of further strengthening mitigation capabilities and helping prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
During this maintenance window, shared/reseller hosting customers in our LA location may experience a brief period of high latency or network interruption. The expected interruption is approximately 5 minutes or less, though we will be doing everything possible to minimize any impact.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while our network team completes this important preventative work.
