We are aware that LAXSSD4018nerd6DC02 and LAXSSD4017nerd6DC02 (two KVM VPS node in Los Angeles ) are experiencing network connectivity issues.
We are currently looking into this node further.
UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was due to network glitches specific to these host nodes only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.
