As previously communicated to affected customers via email, and as a follow up to https://status.racknerd.com/incident/4607 - the Ashburn's facility ongoing electrical maintenance is now affecting the following host nodes:
ASH122KVM, ASH127KVM, ASH131KVM, ASH133KVM, ASH135KVM, ASH129KVM, ASH138KVM, ASH124KVM, ASH128KVM, ASH137KVM, 7950XASH104, ASH115KVM, ASH116KVM, 7950XASH101, ASH105KVM, ASH110KVM, ASH112KVM, ASH117KVM, 7950XASH100, 7950XASH106, ASH102KVM, ASH104KVM and ASH101KVM
Services hosted on these nodes are currently inaccessible while the facility continues critical work on its power delivery system. This interruption is expected to last potentially up till this evening - though we are awaiting a confirmed completion time from the facility, and we are continuing to push for this to be completed as soon as possible.
Our team is closely monitoring the affected infrastructure and coordinating with the on-site datacenter team to restore services promptly once power becomes available. None of our other datacenter locations are affected.
We will share further updates as confirmed information becomes available from the Ashburn facility, and again once all affected services have been restored.
