Ashburn Datacenter Ashburn Datacenter Electrical Maintenance -- October 10, 2026

As previously communicated to affected customers via email, the Ashburn facility has resumed its ongoing electrical maintenance. This maintenance is currently affecting the following host nodes:

ASH122KVM, ASH127KVM, ASH131KVM, ASH133KVM, ASH135KVM, ASH129KVM, ASH138KVM, ASH124KVM, ASH128KVM, ASH137KVM, 7950XASH104, ASH115KVM, ASH116KVM, 7950XASH101, ASH105KVM, ASH110KVM, ASH112KVM, ASH117KVM, 7950XASH100, 7950XASH106, ASH102KVM, ASH104KVM and ASH101KVM.

Services hosted on these nodes are currently inaccessible while the facility performs additional work on its power delivery system.

Our team is coordinating with the on-site datacenter team and will work to restore services promptly once power becomes available.

This interruption is related to the previously announced Ashburn electrical maintenance. None of our other datacenter locations are affected.

We recognize the impact of these repeated interruptions and sincerely apologize. We will update this incident as additional information becomes available and again once all affected services have been restored.

UPDATE – SERVICES RESTORED:

All affected Ashburn host nodes are now back online, and services have been restored.

The scheduled maintenance is now complete. Our Ashburn datacenter provider has advised that no further interruptions related to this work are expected in this section of the facility. In other words, the set of nodes that went offline today are no longer expected to be impacted any further.

Maintenance in other sections (unrelated to this set of nodes) of the Ashburn facility may be required in the future. If needed, we will coordinate the schedule with our datacenter provider and notify affected customers in advance. However, no additional maintenance is expected for the nodes restored today.

We will publish the official Reason for Outage (RFO) here once we receive it from our datacenter provider.
