We are aware that 7950XCHI303 (one of our Ryzen VPS host nodes in Chicago) is currently experiencing issues.
We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
UPDATE 10/28/26 2:30 PM Eastern: We have continued troubleshooting 7950XCHI303 alongside the datacenter team, including testing several recovery options using the spare parts available onsite. Unfortunately, these efforts have not yet restored service.
We have shipped replacement hardware from our headquarters via overnight courier delivery, with arrival expected tomorrow. Based on this delivery timeline and the work required to install the replacement hardware, resolution is currently expected tomorrow afternoon.
Our team will continue working to bring this node back online sooner if possible. In the meantime, affected customers should plan around the current estimate of tomorrow afternoon. We sincerely apologize for the extended disruption and will provide further updates as work progresses.
