We are aware that LAXKVM106nerd2DC02 (one KVM VPS node in Los Angeles is experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.
UPDATE: We are still troubleshooting this server physically with the on-site datacenter technicians. Additional updates will be posted again shortly.
UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network-related problem specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.
