We are aware that DAL104KVM (one KVM VPS node in Dallas) is experiencing network connectivity issues.
We are currently looking into this node further.
UPDATE: This is now resolved (it was caused by a faulty network cable which has been replaced). All VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.
