We are currently aware of a network connectivity issue impacting a segment of our racks in our Los Angeles DC-01 location. Network engineers are investigating this issue, and we will update this status incident with more information once available.
UPDATE: We identified the issue being an OSPF communication issue between our routers and core switches, and applied a fix immediately. This has now been resolved, and services are fully operational again. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
