We are aware that ATLRYZEN100 is currently experiencing connectivity issues.
We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.
UPDATE: We will soon be scheduling a motherboard and PSU replacement of this server as a permanent resolution path for this node. Customers on this node will be sent an email with more information on the scheduled maintenance timeframe which will be occurring next week. In the meantime, our engineers have deployed a fix that should keep this server online between now and then. We will go ahead and close out this status incident at this time as the server is back online and available for use.
