We are aware that DC05LAXKVM504 (one KVM VPS node in Los Angeles ) is experiencing network connectivity issues.
We are currently looking into this node further.
UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network glitch specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.
