We are aware that LAXKVM86nerd2DC02 (one KVM VPS node in Los Angeles DC-02) is experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network related problem specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

Los Angeles DC-05 Los Angeles DC-05 - Intermittent Network Connectivity

We are aware that some end-users may be experiencing symptoms of intermittent network connectivity for servers hosted out of our Los Angeles DC-05 location.

This network related issue has been escalated upstream (to Sharktech) and their network engineers are actively looking into the problem.

UPDATE: The routing issue with Los Angeles DC-05 was caused due to one of our upstream's aggregate switches being problematic - this has now been resolved and services in this location are back to normal operation. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.

San Jose Datacenter San Jose KVM VPS Node (SJ120KVM) - Partial Network Outage

We are aware that SJ120KVM (one KVM VPS node in San Jose datacenter) is experiencing network connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further.

We found the root cause and are still working with our upstreams to fix it. It appears to be a network routing related problem impacting a few select routes. This issue has been escalated upstream and we will report back with additional details once available.
