Past Incidents

We are aware that Fiber8 (one shared / reseller hosting server in Los Angeles) is experiencing intermittent network connectivity as a result of a sophisticated attack. Senior system administrators are currently looking further into this issue.

UPDATE AS OF 8:48 AM PDT -- The DDoS attack is being actively mitigated - websites are now loading without any issue. Please be advised that incoming PING (ICMP PING) has been temporarily disabled. This may create false positives with external monitoring services, if you have any uptime monitors set up for your site.

We will continue to keep this incident open as we continue to monitor the situation, though, currently everything appears to be online and accessible.

We are aware that SJ127KVM (one KVM VPS node in San Jose) is experiencing issues booting. We are currently working into this node further.

UPDATE: Facility hands is currently inspecting the server physically. We will update this incident with additional information as it is made available to us.

UPDATE #2: This is now resolved after reseating hardware components on this server. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.

We are aware that 3x KVM VPS nodes in Los Angeles are currently inaccessible: P35LAKVMDC01, P36LAKVMDC01, P37LAKVMDC01

Facility hands is currently investigating the issue. We will share additional updates in this incident once available.

UPDATE: This was determined to be a switch related issue. The switch within this cabinet has been replaced. Connectivity has mostly been restored but will be intermittent until the switch has been fully reconfigured. We will update this incident once it is fully resolved.

We are aware that node name SJ118KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

We are aware that Fiber6 (one shared/reseller hosting server in Los Angeles) is experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues.

We are actively looking into this and expect to have a full resolution on this matter shortly.
