Los Angeles DC-02 Fiber2 Server

We are issuing a quick reboot to the Fiber2 server to fix some kernel related issues.

This will be back online within a few moments. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Los Angeles DC-02 Los Angeles DC-02 Facility Outage

We are aware of an outage in our Los Angeles DC-02 location. This issue has been escalated to our upstream, we will update this incident with additional information shortly.

UPDATE: Most services have been restored and are back online, however a small handful of services in this location are still impacted. We will share additional news regarding this shortly.

UPDATE : This is now resolved, if you are still experiencing any issues, please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist. This was a facility power related issue, we are currently pending an official RFO from the datacenter/building. We will update this status incident with more information once we receive that (within the next 72 business hours). In the meantime, all services should be back online and powered on.

We are aware that LAXSSD4009nerd6DC02 (one KVM VPS node in Los Angeles ) is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.

San Jose Datacenter Outage - SJ127KVM (One KVM VPS Node in San Jose)

We are aware that SJ127KVM (one KVM VPS node in San Jose) is experiencing reboot issues.

We are currently working into this node further.

UPDATE #1: On-site datacenter technicians are currently inspecting this server, we will update with additional information shortly.

UPDATE #2: On-site datacenter technicians are still testing various hardware components within this server to help determine the root cause of the unexpected reboots/outages within this server. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. We will update this incident with more information once available.

UPDATE #3: Diagnostics/in-depth tests are currently being run on this server.

UPDATE #4: We are still working on narrowing down this issue. Our on-site technicians are actively working on this and we hope to have a full resolution on this shortly. Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE #5: This is now resolved and VM's are back online and accessible. If you are still experiencing any issues at this time, please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to help. If in the future we need to schedule a maintenance event for this node, clients will be sent advance notice via email. If you have any questions please let us know.

We are aware that NYRN112KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

Los Angeles DC-02 Fiber8 - Network Connectivity

We are aware that Fiber8 (one shared / reseller hosting server in Los Angeles) is experiencing intermittent network connectivity as a result of a sophisticated attack. Senior system administrators are currently looking further into this issue.

UPDATE AS OF 8:48 AM PDT -- The DDoS attack is being actively mitigated - websites are now loading without any issue. Please be advised that incoming PING (ICMP PING) has been temporarily disabled. This may create false positives with external monitoring services, if you have any uptime monitors set up for your site.

We will continue to keep this incident open as we continue to monitor the situation, though, currently everything appears to be online and accessible.
