Seattle Datacenter Seattle - Network Outage

We are aware that multiple KVM VPS Nodes in Seattle are currently experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

Frankfurt Datacenter DE1000 - Kernel Update

DE1000 server (one shared hosting server in Frankfurt) went offline due to a kernel panic. We immediately noticed this and updated the kernel to the latest version which corrected some bugs in the CloudLinux kernel that we've seen.

UPDATE: The kernel update has been completed. DE1000 is back online and running stable. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
