San Jose Datacenter Emergency Maintenance on SJ172KVM

As communicated via email to affected customers on SJ172KVM (one KVM VPS node in San Jose), we are taking this server offline for an emergency maintenance window in order to address the recent unexpected outages on this host node (which we currently suspect to be due to bad RAM).

Los Angeles DC-01 Los Angeles DC-01 - Partial Network Outage

We are currently aware of a network connectivity issue impacting a segment of our racks in our Los Angeles DC-01 location. Network engineers are investigating this issue, and we will update this status incident with more information once available.

UPDATE: We identified the issue being an OSPF communication issue between our routers and core switches, and applied a fix immediately. This has now been resolved, and services are fully operational again. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
