Dallas Datacenter OUTAGE - DAL124KVM

We are aware that DAL124KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: On-site datacenter technicians are now physically troubleshooting this server. We will share additional updates in this status incident page once available. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: VM's on DAL124KVM are back online now, however we are still working on restoring connectivity for the SolusVM controls for the host node. We're looking into that now. In the meantime you should be able to access your VPS via SSH.

We are aware that SJ126KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

Dallas Datacenter Outage - DAL112KVM

We are aware that DAL112KVM is again experiencing some issues and has lost remote access.

We apologize for the repeat issues with this node and are committed to getting to the bottom of this issue.

We are currently investigating into this node further with datacenter remote hands, and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: Due to the continued unexpected shutdowns we are experiencing with this server, we are having datacenter remote hands proceed with replacing the motherboard on this server. We will update once additional information is available.

UPDATE: We received an update from remote hands that they will be beginning work on this motherboard replacement shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Dallas Datacenter Outage - DAL112KVM

We are aware that DAL112KVM is currently experiencing connectivity issues.

We are currently looking into this node further and will provide additional updates on this matter once we have more information.

UPDATE: The server is powered on but it is not outputting any video using a crash cart. On-site datacenter technicians are currently troubleshooting further.

UPDATE: We are still in the process of troubleshooting this and understand the severity of the situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are aware that SEA109KVM (one KVM VPS node in Seattle ) is experiencing network connectivity issues. We are currently looking into this node further.

UPDATE: This is now resolved. It was a network glitch specific to this host node only, all VM's are now responsive again. If you are still experiencing any issues please open a support ticket and we'd be happy to assist.
